Our curriculum has been custom-designed alongside black-belt karate instructors to be highly functional, easily retainable, and suitable for girls of all ages.

We focus on building strong physical reflexes, a decisive and booming voice, and an alert mindset. By combining situational lectures with rigorous practice drills, we make sure that our graduates are fully prepared to prevent, escape, or address unwanted circumstances.
